Contract Fees

Is the rate listed on the contract divided between residents in each room, or is the rate for each resident?
The rate listed is per person/ per bed only.

Do you accept credit cards for any payments?
No, We only accept cash and checks (please write your check under the name of E. Ganzon, Inc.).


Rooms and Roommates

How do you determine room choice order?
Application and fee receipt date determines priority, however, we do review your room request and attempt to match your preferred choice, subject to availability.

Internet Access, Telephones and Television Cable

Is Taft Dormitory wired for Internet access?
Yes, Upon moving-in you can apply for an internet connection, It is paid directly by resident and is not included in the monthly rental.

Do we have to bring our own TV?
We provide a cable TV at the lounge of each floor of the dormitory.  Should you wish to have your own TV inside your room, monthly charge is PhP500 for additional electric consumption.
